The first photo was taken January 10th, 2011. The last 3 were taken today, May 1st, 2012. I have been lifting seriously for about 5 months now. I was once the girl with no booty and now I’m finally getting one :)
Girls, LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT MAKE YOU BULKY. It makes you have sexy curves. So stop being afraid and get in the damn squat rack.
